Laocoon and his sons

One of the most famous ancient sculptures to be excavated in Rome is the statue of Laocoön and His Sons, also referred to as the Laocoön Group. This exquisite statue standing over 2m in height is on public display in the Vatican where I captured these photographs as part of one of the many incredible experiences on Curated Touring’s October 2019 tour of Italy.
